5. REVIEW OF ACTIVE PLANNING FILES:  Planner Reid to report

 5.1 Shana Barnim – Part Lot 36, Concession 1, being Parts 2, 3, & 4 of RP22R-3064-West Ward – Severance Application – Copy of severance sketch together with County Planning Department Report is attached for review.  Also attached are comments from the Huron County Health Unit, A.B.C.A., and the M.T.O. regarding Lane of Pines.

  RECOMMENDATION

 5.2 Hoggart/Kipp – Part Lot 31, Concession 11, East Ward, former Hullett Twp. – Severance Application -  Copy of location map and severance sketch together with County Planning Department Report is attached for review.

  RECOMMENDATION

   a)  Survey
   b)) Merge severed parcel with Kipp Property
  c)  Identify easement for existing hydro corridor as a separate Part registered on      title.

 5.3 Bluewater Shores Resort – Jefferson/Lawrie – Part Lots 37 & 38, Concession 1 – West Ward – F.Y.I. – Application for Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment deemed complete on June 19, 2008.  Public Meeting has been set for July 14, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.
