In Person Service Changes - COVID-19

The Municipality of Central Huron is committed to protecting the health of our residents and staff, and in response to Coronavirus COVID-19, have the following important updates:


In Person Services have been temporarily suspended at the Town Hall located at 23 Albert Street, Clinton. Payments or documents may be put through the mail slot; residents are asked to call the office at 519-482-3997 ext. 0 to make arrangements to drop larger items off in a manner which maintains a social distance consistent with health protocol.


Alternative payment methods include:
- Internet or telephone banking
- Drop box/mail slot at the Town Hall (23 Albert Street, Clinton)
- Payment made at a physical bank location
- Mail


In order to allow residents to make alternative arrangements, Central Huron will not be applying penalty and interest on overdue amounts until April 17, 2020.  This includes taxes, water and sewer.
