PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
Leaf/Brush Pick-Up

The spring leaf and brush pick up will be held during the last week in April and the first week in May of this year.  The fall leaf and brush pick up will begin in early October until the middle of November, weather permitting.  Leaves will no longer be accepted in plastic bags.  Please use paper biodegradable bags.  Biodegradable paper bags are still available free of charge, while quantities last at the Municipal Office at 23 Albert Street in Clinton.

For those who wish to take their own leaves and compost, the drop off site is at 40131 Hydro Line Road - just east of the Clinton Cemetery.  The NEW hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.  

The Brush must be tied in bundles no longer than 4 feet, and cannot weigh more than 50 poinds.

The site is for all Central Huron residents.

Acceptabel items only:  Leaves, brush, grass clippings and kitchen compost.

Unacceptable items: Plastics, plastic containers, metal lumber, cement, tires and garbage.
